GENERAL

I have the right to decline commissions for any reason.I retain the rights to my artwork and can use it in portfolios, post it on social media, etc.Commissions are for personal use only.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment is taken upfront through Ko-Fi, Paypal or Artistree.Refunds may be requested at any point before approval of the rough sketch.After the sketch is approved, refunds will only be provided if I feel I will be unable to deliver, or if there's been more than 30 days since my last communication.

PROCESS

Commissions will typically be completed within 30 days after I get started on work.Clients will be notified of any significant delays.For standard commissions, I will provide a minimum of two progress updates. Additional updates can be provided on request, within reason.Revisions are possible at any point, but the pose will not be changed once the rough sketch is approved.There will be no updates for skeb-style commissions.I take two days off from commissions each week.
